Thanks to their newly discovered otherworldly powers of perception, you will be able to prove your army’s strength at the highest Level Battlegrounds more often! From now on, whenever you complete a Battleground of the maximum Level available to you, the next Battleground you detect is guaranteed to be of a higher Level. You can take on higher Level Battlegrounds up to 12 times per day!

Please note: Whenever you receive a new Battleground in this way, it will always be of the same type as the one you have just successfully engaged. For example, if you battle successfully at an Offensive Battleground, the new Location will be Offensive as well.

High-Level Battlegrounds are a great responsibility, my Lord! Prove you are truly destined to rid Stormfall of the minions of Balur!

so to clarify there is no longer a highest level bg?  you can just keep going higher with no limit to the levels?  who asked for that?  adding levels was never something I was in favor of and I don't think there are that many out there that are

The new max level is 165.  When you kill a 165 you'll just get another 165. 

Idk what Oberon's talking about, when you kill a top level (below 165) you get the higher level in both offense and defense, not just the side you killed.
