Update News!

My Lords and Ladies,


This week, we’ve fixed some bugs and made the following important update:


– Fixed: a bug that caused Leagues to receive the incorrect Reward for completing the "Tormentors" Achievement.


– Various minor localization bugs have been fixed.


– Various minor interface bugs have been fixed.


Now, with haste! Have the horses saddled and the sentries posted. Balur and his minions have not been idle while we've been briefing you!

For the love of God(WEOR) .... when are you guys are actually going to fix the bugs??? Week after week you just fix it but it reappears within 10 minutes!!!

So why to we have phantom messages? I have to PM notices with no messages as well as Marshall reports that do not exist.  This is annoying and begins to lead to ignoring things to the point of actual missed information.

Guys, as for messages bug, our developers are still working on a fix. We do our best to get rid of this bug soon. I apologize for this inconvenience.

I do understand and I do sympathize but this has actually been going on for years.


The entire system of Letters, Battle Reports and Counselor's Messages has always been bugged, and has been patched many times in the past, but every new patch just creates new bugs.

They need to rip out the old code and start again


We have the same old problems with castle distance. Our Garrison tab shows 2 distances.
This is also an ancient bug which dates back to the original version of these games when castle were 10x further away and all units travelled at 10x their current speed
Examine the old wiki pages to see pikemen travelling at 60 mph. Perhaps this is a partial explanation why all our units on Untamed travel at 3x normal speed.

the untamed lands is not as populated as the dark plains with actives so maybe just maybe you want that extra speed 


heck i see no reason why not

The distance bug is also known, but there are some bugs with higher priority right now. Like the one with letters. As you said, it's a complicated issue that's been in here for a very long time, and it affects not just letters, but different kinds of reports as well.

I can assure you that this issue is being investigated. As soon as the working fix is ready and verified by the QA team, all games and servers will be updated with that fix.

It does NOT work in my favour because I rarely attack anyone.

It actually works against me (and all other DEFENSIVE players) because it makes raiding too easy, and makes it much harder to reinforce each other.

Also, almost every player above level 10 is active on untamed while ever player below level 60 is inactive on dark plains
I would love to see MAU comparisons for plarium servers (Monthly Active Users)

The map size is much smaller so does NOT need faster raid speeds

here's an idea, how about resetting the entire game back to what it was a year ago and maybe it will be worth the effort


oh while you are at it fix the lag issues invest some of the money you are making in upgrading the server to support the useless content you keep adding

We're constantly upgrading our game servers. Also, we're looking for a solution to the Flash issue. It could also increase the game performance.

The clues were there if you actually look - It displays Untamed Lands on my screenshot



This all makes me wonder why your graphic artists were instructed to produce 2 different versions of the same notification

Deliberate misinformation directed at Untamed customers???

Maybe we should get compensation

For the entire duration of the previous beacon massacre it displayed 95%

We were all entitled to compensation

Players who permanently lost 10% of their armies only expected to lose 5%



However, this is not as bad as the losses on Facebook servers, where many attacks were sent in the final minutes and the server crashed before speed boosts were applied.
These attacks arrived too late for any free revivals
