That is why you can't be my advocate. Maybe, you think that you are, or you wish to be, but simple that isn't possible.
I have only been playing for a few weeks but I am upset that information is not more readily accessible. My own example is I found out by accident how to claim League rewards. As a result of this lack of information I did not claim many rewards that I could have used. This has put me at an extreme disadvantage. Now, I find out there is no way to start over and use what I have learned to advance with help instead of on my own. This seems to be a very definite prejudice against beginners that have no knowledge of how to play the game. If there were tutorials or information available to help new players, I could understand this prejudice. I feel it is an unfair practice. Since I have spent money getting bonuses only to find that I did not correctly use them I am closing my account on three different games. If I had known these policies when I started, I would have sought more help earlier. Also, only allowing 3 days to claim rewards is absurd, especially if the player logs in daily. This should send a warning flag to someone and have them send a message to the user asking if they are having a problem or have questions.
Comments on the changes to friends and the profile.
Please also incorporate an easier way to view friends in game, with the same options accessible as are currently available on the friends ribbon. A hideable and scrollable window with 6-7 columns of icons would be handy, especially if it was possible to see it whilst performing in game tasks as the friends bar is. Please dont let it auto reset like the friends ribbon and league membership/stats pages.

Where are you hiding those millions of players? Because they certainly not on this server?`If you take the combined members of the top 200 leagues, and then subtract at least 20% of them as alts (if not even more), you probably get closer to the actual active server population.

You can say over a spawn of x time you had y number of players trying the game. That is not the same as saying you got millions of players. Plarium could very EASY release server stats of active players, how many logged into the sever at any given time and so on, but they don't.
I been member of other forums and still is over the duration of more than a decade, with far more users than this forum have. Doesn't mean that number reflect active members. You don't have 1.1 million active forum users here, you don't even have 110k active forum users. Players get enticed to register on the forum to get a reward.
So Im asking you again where is all these players? If you still insist there is that many players, then you could just as well say that everyone that ever played WOW still is a WOW player because, well... right?
