Could we see a new building to upgrade storage's? Something like forge or dungeon, but without scrolls. Maybe all storage's max to lvl 20 or something.

I know I'm going to be flamed for this, but...... How about bringing some sanity back into what is supposed to be a Strategy game?  Namely, removing the "No lost troops even if your food consumption is running negative".  That has to be the most utterly insane and asinine idea that anyone at Plarium ever came up with.  There is no strategy to buying an army you can't ever hope to feed.  

The reason I say this is a recent Raid report I saw that showed over 20 Million in Offense.  There is absolutely no way, in a NORMAL strategy game, those troops would be available.  I know there are egomaniacs and then there are egomaniacs with very deep pockets.

I also know this will fall on the deaf and dumb and dumberer at Plarium, but your incessant greed is not helping your product.

My Lord, I assure you that we never release an update without thorough analysis of it. Our main goal is evolution of the game. However, I appreciate your feedback and I would like to hear what our Lords and Ladies think about your suggestion.

1 - The Dragon feature is great, I like playing with my Dragon now but in the activation page the problem is there are a mass of categories that I could activate but nothing to tell me what they do. 

To find out,  I have to go to the Dragon Arts page as it gives a description of what they all are for. 

Could you put in a hover feature, where, as I am trying to select an art to activate I hover over the symbol and it tells me what it does please?


2 - Another thing, in all the formats of this game there is one big problem.

When typing your inactivity sensor doesn't work as it will often time out while typing, stopping all activity on the page including the lengthy description of an activity I am trying to explain to another player. This results in me only getting half of it typed and when I realise what has happened, forgotten what I was saying when I try to continue typing.

If you want chat to be an integral part of the game you have to sort this out.  

Perhaps extending the inactivity time to 30 minutes rather than the 15 seconds it feels like now.?

3 - One more annoying thing, the notice that obliterates the top of the screen EVERY time my mouse goes too far to the top of the screen. Yes I know I am in full screen, I did it and I can see it is in full screen, I am not that much of a moron.

4 - Oh, and if you stopped all the bouncing symbols all over the screen it might work a bit faster.  

What about the use of sidebars?

5 -  Once we have completed all our buildings can we retask our rather expensive yet slow working carpenters to a new task, perhaps in the barracks speeding up troops builds.

6 -  All the quests etc. You know our levels so after we get so far ,some of the quests become irrelevant because the quest only lasts for half the time it take us to complete them.  Perhaps you could grade competitions to relevancy.

7 -  Friends, what a palaver, make it simple, if you join a league you automatically become friends with everyone in that league.  If you want to make friends out of the league, keep it the way it is.

Cant think of anything else.

Can you schedule your updates for a certain day/time every week?  It's a pain in the ass logging in every time to the "News".  I would also bring to your attention that the "gifts" are sometimes difficult to access because they are too close to the edges of the interface and so do not "highlight" to collect.  Going to full page and back can bring spurious results and I do need to have the taskbar visible so do not generally play in full screen mode.

Greetings. unfortunately, we can't perform updates on a certain time. Each update requires coordination of several teams and preparation which usually ends right before the Update. We cannot predict when it comes, but we always notify our players in game News.


As for the gifts, they appear randomly around your Castle. They propose you small rewards, so if you can't collect them at the moment, you can wait until you have opportunity to enter the full screen mode. 

I know that it's not the best solution, but at least something.

I don't mean to play the devils advocate, or offend anyone. But respect and gratitude goes both ways though. Sure they work daily to develop, update and maintain and so forth, But that is their job, they get paid for doing it, and the players pay for those wages by spending on the product. Players (customers) voice their opinions when they don't feel happy about the product. Some like this guy could probably word themselves better, but by no means does we as customers need to feel any graitude towards someone for just doing their job we pay for?

I am a paying player and has put a lot of $ into this game and i show my gratitude every time i buy a packet so if you would rather have people blowing smoke up your behind then just state that players shouldn't speak they're minds or say how they feel and rather only say what you want to hear.

Hard work doesn't mean good/excellent work. It depends of knowledge and will.

I don't care do they job on hard, easy, smart or stupid way: I care about their results. Or better I care of Plarium's results.

That is what hurts me and make unhappy in last year. We complain about Plarium implementations in this game.

As your customers, we demand/ask for some proxy who will represent us and keep our rights, in Plarium.

You, and other titled forum accounts, AREN'T our representatives.

Every contract should have protectors from both sides. In this case, Plarium ignores that. Because of that you can ban me at any time when you want, delete our posts because you haven't answer on them, ignore our requests, loose our time and money.

Because of that fact, you can whatever you want.

Just ask yourself, until when?
