plz i am unable to play game even after loging since past 20 hours , the game is unable to load

 Whatever you did to the loading screen and ingame screen undo it, it is awful and is making playing a real pain in the ass.

The changes to the screen have really reduced the playability of the game. What shows on the screen in standard mode is so restricted that it almost unusable. Plus when you open any icon in standard mode the scrolling seems to lock. In addition, it is more unstable now & it seems to randomly drop out of full screen mode. Truly irritating. While it has negatives, if you are going to leave it like this, lock the screen in full screen mode. Also, play seems more sluggish. Opening & closing everything seems slower. Picking up the daily resources is getting much more frustrating. When the resources are near the edge of the screen sensitivity seems to be reduced. You have to maximum zoom to pick things up near the edge of the screen.

I do not care about the changes to the log on screen. Not an improvement but not worse either.

The game is starting to really frustrate me. Non-playing tasks are starting to absorb more & more of my time while I am on the game. Why did you bury the rewards from the daily league quests 5 clicks deep? There is just too much useless clicking to do. I am starting to think the rewards are just not worth collecting anymore. I can only get on for short periods each day & more & more of my small window of time is being wasted doing make work tasks.

You need to start worrying about this issue. It is driving people out of the game. Automate some of these tasks or get rid of the some of the tasks is my recommendation.

I too have been unable to log into the game since the update. My wife if pleased with that, but I am not. I am concerned about losing out on my perfect attendance record!

The mail option is cumbersome to have a conversation sometimes, it would be nice to have a whisper option. Having to scroll up to see mail while playing can also be an issue. Is it possible to move it to where you can see it, league chat and the movement icons? I would also recommend when cueing troops to be able to see what you currently own of the troop. Would make decisions faster. 

I've seen several complaints about the bar loading to 80% then freezing. I'm still having the same problem. Is there a reason this is not being addressed? I can still log on from a different computer during the day but cannot play any other time of the day. Please tell us what we can do.

Dear Lord`s & Lady`s, 

For those of you experiencing the loading to 80% problem, I have had this myself. Whilst I do not know what causes it, nor how to `fix` it, I can only pass on my experience of the issue.

I`m wondering how long you all have waited for game to load when this happens.?

I am often doing other things whilst loading or indeed, when game has loaded.! As such, I have left the screen on for long periods, when this has happened. 

Most times, it goes up to 100% & loads after a few seconds now but it used to take a few minutes before. It has though stuck on the 80% for many hours before when I have fallen asleep & found it still stuck there.!!

I have spoken elsewhere about this some time ago, as it has happened before the update. My net connection is often not great & I did put it down to this before. I don`t know if this could be part of the problem for some of you.

Hopefully, this will either not happen to me any more now,  or only very rarely. (nor any of you, of course).

It still does stick at 80% but as I said, it usually kicks on within a few secs now & loads the game normally.

Obviously this info does not `fix` anything but hopefully a bit more patience given it than usual, may get you back into the game. I hope it does. :)

(I use Google Chrome browser. I started this game over 3 years ago on Facebook`s Dark Plains server. I cannot get into that account & for some time, (months.!!), with a similar problem. All the FB screen loads & the game screen loads, but it is all black & there is no interaction at all & no 80% or other loading indicator.! Just a black screen.)
