excellent question, I never managed to 100% figure it out, its around the 10-15% mark I think but I havent managed to lock it down closer than that

If one of your comments has been deleted it's for a good reason. Know that you're not the target of Plarium representatives on the forum (nobody is).

that is screenshot when plarium send pp bank info to VIP player when he ask for,i ask for same thing! not some system secrets or algorithms.

First, there is no indication that was provided by a VIP agent apart from the claim alone. Secondly, as I said above, even if that were the case we operate under our own guidelines. As such I will have to close the thread.
