Hello Alyona.  

 Before I posted a suggestion about the academy cypher scroll.  It was about adding a new option. Usually we can reset. But we must upgrade everything again.  My suggestion was about we add a second option. We can use the cypher scroll and change just 1 part.  My suggestion was passed to developers. But I don't know what happened next.  Did the developers like my idea?  If yes .do you know when we can do that option?

Try to clear your browser cache to make sure that all the game files which are saved by your browser on your computer are replaced with new ones, containing the new game information. Please press Ctrl+Shift+Del to access the menu from which you can clear your browser’s cache. Then reload the page. In most situations it helps.

The issue was fixed 20 min ago, so clearing cache should solve this.

Clearing cache has worked, thanks  but hasn't give me battle points. Just thought i'd raise the problem.

Sometimes things update with a small delay. If they don't add within the next few minutes, try reloading the game and check if you have actually collected them.

how often do you expand the number of v.i.p. members you have?


can you loose v.i.p. status?   What happens if v.i.p. members quit playing, break rules, etc ?

We invite new players to the program from time to time. each month I guess. 

And yes, one can lose VIP status.
