Updated Acropolis Mechanics!

Units You Purchase or Revive Will Report Directly To The Acropolis!

Archon!

Good tidings: Wise new orders have been issued to all warriors. From this day forth, all Units you acquire at the Market will report directly to your City’s Acropolis, without a moment’s hesitation! This means that none of them will be lost to hunger, even if you do not have enough Grain to keep them in service outside the Acropolis.

Units inside your Acropolis will be protected in the event of a Raid or Siege, but utterly unable to contribute to your City’s defense.

Make sure to increase Grain production to an acceptable level so you can test your new warriors in battle as soon as possible!

War doesn't determine who is right - only who is left.

"From this day forth, all Units you acquire at the Market will report directly to your City’s Acropolis, without a moment’s hesitation! This means that none of them will be lost to hunger, even if you do not have enough Grain to keep them in service outside the Acropolis."

cheap trick... who garin neative not have grain stareage not to die his tropus???
and as long units in acropolis still consume grain that is really nothing new...

and one more thing... release that one who make a mokery fron colonies today...
or at least send some apologise to players...

and last thing... did someone from marketing take a look at what changes you make in last 2 weeks??? did they give you some feed-back???
as long as you broke persians and armies cant be taken from there as in past way... WHY you put 2 pvp tournaments one after another??? you want us to fights with swordsman???

it`s not hard to understand that if you make game harder and harder number of paying customers will not grow... will hapend exactly oposite situation

What is the point of this? If you purchase units at market or revive them then obviously you are online at the time and can easily move them to the acropolis. It also makes it easier to make sure you have got what you ordered. The real problem we have is training troops which can be done offline who go to the city and are vulnerable to attack. Players spend a lot of time gathering resources to build their own troops and these should be kept safe in the acropolis. We should have a poll on this feature.

They say "units that you purchase in the market"   Trained units still go to the city. It is a crap update.

Train unit won't go acropolis so there chance to get some pvp point from killing some1 train unit at city.

I like the idea of NOT being able to have the units you" build" automatically go into the acropolis. Sometimes finding pvp is difficult and catching someone off guard is fun.

Having lost 12m troops since the change in positions, my big reward is 38 day queues in building troops thanks to all the resources given.

Can the "ëxpert" programmers make a change and send all built troops to the acropolis and i'll come back then.

14 months down the drain.

Hello Archons,

Remember this had been discussed some time ago...

You could want to defend your city and have your newly built defense units piling up to add active defense.

So unless adding a button or box you would have to check every time you build a unit to select where to send it, it was simpler to dispatch them this way : units earned from quests to the acropolis, and built units outside.

I remember it was what seemed to be the simpler modification at the time. Still better than nothing anyway. :)

As I explained on the French forum, it happened once to me to get chain polbombed while I was reviving some champions one day I had some spare drachmas. While the infirmary window was open, I couldn't see what was happening and my champions got killed again as they were revived.

That was really a waste, and I'm glad this at least has been addressed.

I pity the fool
