Getting a heads up on upcoming 75 Percent unit revival discounts

In the past I have noticed that frequently after especially big tournaments they offer a %75 discount on troop revival, but frequently is not always. More specifically, sometimes there are tourneys that go on for more than 7 days, which is of course the time limit for bringing units back. Hence that leaves me in the precarious place if I loss a bunch of units that I PLAN on reviving before I lose the chance. If I jump the gun, I wind up paying extra drachmas something which I can seldom afford to do. But if I push my luck I may suffer worse by losing champion units which I can NEVER afford to do.

At times, I have recieved alerts from a couple of other players I know. That notified me 2 days ahead of time on a couple of occasions. Now I have scouted around both the plarium site and the internet in general trying to find out how to dig up this info on more own so as I can make it reliable and accurate intel, to no avail. Can anyone please clear up this issue for me by letting me know where the info can be gotten?

I have a feeling it is going to be another case of certain players being given a leg up over the general crowd, such as those who are given VIP status....but still better to at least TRY and find out.

Mate you are right the VIP accounts gets an heads up about the revival discounts ..and also about some tournaments that will come ..like at most two days before

Yes, you are right about that. Players with VIP status get a headsup, they see special message on chat from their VIP patron about incoming 75% revival. It comes in handy to have VIP in your coalition as a polemarch or better Hegemon, they can send message to everyone giving them headsup.

Getting a bit of an early warning about the upcoming discount is indeed part of the VIP program perks. However, the 75% discount on Unit revival itself is usually fairly regular and can be guessed with some measure of certainty.

More specifically, sometimes there are tourneys that go on for more than 7 days, which is of course the time limit for bringing units back. Hence that leaves me in the precarious place if I loss a bunch of units that I PLAN on reviving before I lose the chance. If I jump the gun, I wind up paying extra drachmas something which I can seldom afford to do. But if I push my luck I may suffer worse by losing champion units which I can NEVER afford to do.</p><p>     At times, I have recieved alerts from a couple of other players I know. That notified me 2 days ahead of time on a couple of occasions. Now I have scouted around both the plarium site and the internet in general trying to find out how to dig up this info on more own so as I can make it reliable and accurate intel, to no avail. Players with VIP status get a headsup, they see special message on chat from their VIP patron about incoming 75% revival. More specifically, sometimes there are tourneys that go on for more than 7 days, which is of course the time limit for bringing units back. Hence that leaves me in the precarious place if I loss a bunch of units that I PLAN on reviving before I lose the chance. If I jump the gun, I wind up paying extra drachmas something which I can seldom afford to do. But if I push my luck I may suffer worse by losing champion units which I can NEVER afford to do.</p><p>     At times, I have recieved alerts from a couple of other players I know. That notified me 2 days ahead of time on a couple of occasions. Now I have scouted around both the plarium site and the internet in general trying to find out how to dig up this info on more own so as I can make it reliable and accurate intel, to no avail. Players with VIP status get a headsup, they see special message on chat from their VIP patron about incoming 75% revival.
