DISBANNING COALITIONS!

Let me explain this to Plarium VERY SIMPLY. IF you disban my coalition I will sue Plarium because I PAID MONEY TO CREATE MY COALITION.

This is going WAY beyond reasonable acceptance from this game. I have "inactive players" because they are in the MILITARY and are not able to play.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS CRAP! What is it to Plarium how slow my coalition is growing and or how often the members play.

LET ME MAKE THIS VERY PLAIN, I CAN AND WILL TAKE PLARIUM TO COURT IF THEY DISBAN MY COALITION THAT I PAID CASH TO CREATE WITH "NO" RESTRICTIONS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AS TO HOW MANY PLAYERS AND OR HOW ACTIVE THE COALITION WAS REQUIRED TO BE. - Robert Webb

Hello!

If your Coalition is dismissed, you will receive Drachmas you spent on its creation once you enter another Coalition.

But you can actually avoid its dismissal either by moving your inactive Coalition members to Scholars or by recruiting new, active players.

Hello,

Thank you for your professional reply, unlike the immature guy fixated on poop!

Do you know how to get rid of his spamming immature messages?

The reason I am responding is to ask you how I can remove my inactive players (military friends) to Scholars because I do not know how to do that.

I am trying to recruit new players but most that I find who are not in a Coalition are inactive. Don't know any other way to get players to join a tiny Coalition, most want to join a large one for protection. Understandable, I did that when I first started playing years ago.

Thank you for your info and looking forward to knowing how to move inactives to Scholars.

Thanks,

Survivor

Petrel,

You are "CHILDISH" and need to troll somewhere else.

I really hope you are an immature teenager writing this stuff because if you are an adult you have serious problems.

Scholars..

Go.. Embassy > My Coalition > Warriors > Close to each players Name - you can choose to make them Scholars, Polemarch, whatever you like.

Scholars is what you want - since they don't count/hurt you versus this feature that is the problem.

You can have 10, so if you have more than 10 army friends - I suggest kick a few and send them a message stating whats up, so they can/will join you when they have time again.

No, you didn't paid money to create coalition. You paid DRACHMAS which is a virtual currency you can obtain with 'real world' money.

When you created your game account you agreed to tems of use. Which also means you agreed to this part:

5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND GOODS
The Service may include the option to purchase, with “real world” money, a license to use (i) virtual, in-game currency (“Virtual Currency”) as well as (ii) virtual, in-game goods (“Virtual Goods”) by using legal tender. This can only be done if you are considered a legal adult in your country of residence. Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods may be purchased only via the Service and only in the manner stipulated in each Game. Any Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods obtained by Users other than through the Service, may be deemed void or voidable by Plarium, at its sole discretion.
ALL VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL GOODS ARE DEEMED TO BE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, unless stated otherwise at our discretion. You will have no right or title to any Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency you acquire. Virtual Currency may only be redeemed toward the purchase of Virtual Goods or items. Virtual Currency is not legal tender and cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other Account, except to the extent described herein, or as required by applicable law.
Virtual Currency does not expire. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Plarium has absolute control over all Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods and at any time has the right to change the value, modify and/or eliminate any Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods as it sees fit and without any liability. Plarium's obligation to you regarding purchased Virtual items will be deemed performed upon transfer of the Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency to your Account.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN BY PLARIUM. The Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods have no real currency value, CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR REAL MONEY, AND CAN ONLY BE USED WITHIN THE GAMES OFFERED BY PLARIUM. Other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods in the Games, you have no right in or title to such Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods. In the event that your Account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in Plarium’s sole and absolute discretion, or if Plarium discontinues its Games, you forfeit any and all Virtual Currency and Goods. Plarium has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and Plarium shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

When someone is unhappy about someone or something in this world, they have two options:

1. Remove themselves from the situation

2. Remain in the situation and don't complain to others.

You can't remain and complain, that is a psychological deficiency.

Hello!

Tonaya, Coalition receives notice about dismissal quite in advance: in 14 days. If you don't want to lose what your Coalition has been working for, increase its activity above 60%.

Quite detailed instructions, thanks a lot! Just want to add a couple of screenshots:

1. Open Warriors tab in your Coalition and click on the Green arrows near the avatar of archon you want to change rank for:

2. Choose Scholar and click on Appoint:

tbh T&C's like this are standard for all games that use purchasable online currency and items, they can't ALL be breaking the law

Same with all software, if Microsoft discontinues supporting a windows version that doesn't mean  you can claim your money back  from them either as you have enjoyed the benefit of your purchase in the meantime

and after 4 years a pumpkin would be unuseable anyway :P

1.you are not objective because you are moderator, you cant say anything against plarium.

2.you cant play "IF-THEN" game with me,trying to prove something

3.it is/was simple transaction,we bought coalition with no restrictions, and now after 4 years, you want to dismiss something you already sold,it is agaisnt the law in every country on this planet, maybe in israel it is possible

4.i like to live in ignorance,i dont need to know what you doing with pumpkin,Morteee

1) I can and do criticise Plarium if I feel it needs to be, I would have thought you had realised that by now

2) The T&C's havent changed materially in the 4 years I have been playing

 3)  The section about online purchases has always been  there as I remember reading it when I signed up and thinking "same as all the other GSP's then"

4) I dont actually like Pumpkin's apart  from carving them up  at halloween so you are more than safe there

5) I  seriously doubt there is anything you could enlighten  me  about anyway

6)  STAY ON  TOPIC!  Fed up of warning you

Hello, Tonaya!

I understand why you feel bad about this feature, but if we start talking about the law, I want to remind you that before starting playing the game, you accept our Terms of Use. And according to it, we can change the game in any way we want. So, we don't break any law.

Plus, you receive back Drachmas you spent for Coalition creation. You also have enough time and ways to prevent dismissal of your Coalition.

morteee, topic is "disbanning coalitions",so i am on topic 100% this time,i dont understand what you are warning me about?

1.i'v never read that you criticise any plarium decision, maybe you do criticise in your dreams :)

2.there are so much things i could enlighten, educate you ,and even help you to evolve ^^

Alina,i will quote your words:we can change the game in any way we want. if i knew that,i would never start to play this,or any plarium game,i wouldnt waste 4 years of my life.

if your headquarters were in my country, then you couldnt change the game in any way you want.

one day you can decide to dismiss the game, and what gonna happen then?
