Why is this only for facebook Sparta?
Why is this yet not available in plarium.com portal Sparta ?
I kinda doubt it requires this new game engine you guys keep talking about....

You maybe discover this new item in the January beta test.
This city schema is obtained at the market for a certain amount of drachmas I believe. But he is temporary.

As I know, first they add all new things on Russian browser, then FB servers and then on plarium.com browser.. It's not always the same, it's more difficult to test and do everything on .com (at least that is my view, maybe it's not correct).
But I'm sure they will add this in one of next updates.
For example, in game Stormfall on FB there are even more things which we don't have on Sparta (FB) and they will be added in future.

Treasure Hunts were around for a while, they do not require many changes. Other additions or features may need developers to make more significant changes to the code than one could expect. In the example above, 100% defense from Political Attacks would be more difficult to implement than it seems from the outside point of view.
That said, I understand and appreciate your desire to see these features implemented to the Plarium Portal forums. We are just excited, to be honest, and it will not be long before the Beta tests for our new engine begin
