How do you get these? they seem important for getting some of the more powerfull units? do you start getting them when you unlock all the non GPs articles?

yes, the old players we are lucky as there used to be more common on tournament rewards, the last year and a half they decressed the ammount of gps, probbaly because old timers complained they ahd too many, so new players have now the dissadvantage of not having enough
me as an old player i would love to get again more gps as in old times in possible.

Fortuna, you're right :) The number of Glory Points players could get in the Tournaments decreased as older players have a lot of them and they have nothing to spend them on. I've forwarded this feedback to devs and they're working on the following changes:
1. Increase number of GP you can get in Tournaments;
