GUARDIAN BUG!

I already posted on official Facebook page, but will put here too.

This same issue extends across all of the Facebook servers. Multiple people have been reporting missing reports and energy.

Whenever a player sends out multiple guardians at the same time to attack warlords, sometimes they find that they are missing an attack report and one of their guardians has no extra XP despite only sending to weaker warlords.

Today I've tested what I thought it might be and I found the conditions that cause this problem. When you send 2 guardians after the same warlord, only the first one that defeats it will get XP and show as returning to your city. The second will just suddenly end up back in your city, no report, no XP and will have used up 10 of your energy.

This can't be an intentional part of the game.

Hi Helga. Thanks for the reply.

It just feels so bug like though. If an attack fails, there should still be a report, and the guardian should show as returning to the city. It just pops back there and has still used the energy. That doesn't make any sense as far as actual troop movement goes.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It's certainly a design flaw if it's not a bug. ;) It's one of those things that you flag in beta testing and go "oh oi, guys ...this doesn't really work."

Maybe it's something admins wouldn't be against improving?

Ayer jubilé cuatro guardianes para conseguir la misión diaria de Chronos de jubilar 3 guardianes y no me ha contando ninguno. Los he jubilado para iluminar.

No se por qué me sale el nick del juego desde plarium, la incidencia es en facebook.

I know its frustrating that .com hasnt got all the features that the FB platform has however, look on the bright side, when they are launched finally there will be lots of us with experience, tips and knowledge to help you master the new features faster and we will do :)

Today there is a mission of Chronnos to retire three guardians again, I just retired one to enlighten a guardian.and still does not count them.

You need to retire them for Experience rather than Enlightening in order to fulfill this quest. Best use some Grade Is.

I arrived at that conclusion, but the mission does not say how, it only says retire and enlighten, they also retire.

That is a fair point. If you happen to have a screenshot of the quest, please send it here (would save the need to go looking for it) and I'll ask our Localization Department to see if they can make the text a bit clearer.

Multiple people have been reporting missing reports and energy.<br><br>Whenever a player sends out multiple guardians at the same time to attack warlords, sometimes they find that they are missing an attack report and one of their guardians has no extra XP despite only sending to weaker warlords.</p><br><p>Today I've tested what I thought it might be and I found the conditions that cause this problem. When you send 2 guardians after the same warlord, only the first one that defeats it will get XP and show as returning to your city. It just pops back there and has still used the energy. Multiple people have been reporting missing reports and energy.<br><br>Whenever a player sends out multiple guardians at the same time to attack warlords, sometimes they find that they are missing an attack report and one of their guardians has no extra XP despite only sending to weaker warlords.</p><br><p>Today I've tested what I thought it might be and I found the conditions that cause this problem. When you send 2 guardians after the same warlord, only the first one that defeats it will get XP and show as returning to your city.
