to a playing dropped guardian, you do the math of how many small guardians it has taken me to level my guardian up,
+11 skill upgrades , a ton of resources, multi numbers of energy refills.

(and the average of +15,43% defense are not shown in Capital defense statics)

I see that there is no error. The guardian with Water Affinity got the bonus, just like it was supposed to.

Guardian Affinities are working as intended. Think of it as a Rock-Paper-Scissors when it comes to this, and of course it would be unfortunate if you lose the battle because the enemy Guardian had an Affinity that trumps yours (though I can't see that in the case you presented), but at the same time the roles can easily be reversed and an Earth Guardian attacking yours will be at a disadvantage.

The Tournament was enabled by mistake. Though Guardians will make their way to the .com servers in the foreseeable future as well.
