hello archon

you can get drachmas in PvP missions and the overall mission of Xerxes, and in some individual achievement you have

Hello Archon,

In this case, the solution isn't drachmas, but faithfull allies.

Join a coaltion and meet people wiling to help you, either stacking defense in your city to trap your bully, or raiding him to punish him.

That's how the game works... ;)

Drachmas are useful for more important features : bulding fortifications and the temple of Hermes, buying champions to enhance your regular troops when you'll have a stronger army, etc.

I don't think just buying an army is the best way to learn how to master this game. You'll probably blow them as fast as you've bought them if you don't learn the game in depth, the hard way. You'll get much more help from your friends, either with troops and with advices, than from drachmas alone...

So my best advice is : join a coalition, and learn from your mates. :)

If stop playing for a while (a week I think), they will send you a message inviting you back and one of the incentives will be some Drachmas ;)
