C) It is not moving, but the back wheel is moving backwards while the front stays stationary.

c its not moving at all  if you look you will see the front wheel its not moving at all it means the back wheel is spinning on the spot probably because the driver is hitting the front brakes

C) the bike doesn"t move. The front weel is static and black smoke from the rear one prooves it.
