Do not get it. Help him to take the arrow out or heal the wound?

First it is necessary to protect to Leonidas, to cover it of the attack of archers with shields and to send about 2 battalions of cavalry offensive light so that it finishes with the archers, meanwhile to take to Leonidas to a safe place and traquilo to be able to take the arrow or to him. Carefully and calmly with the surgical instruments of the time, remove the arrowhead so that it is not stuck in your body, so that the wound does not become infected (as in that time there was no alcohol or the mercury we know and used to cure the Cuts) burn the wound to heal and put the bandages that are available.

If the archers are many send many troops of cavalry to finish them, if they are few, enough and if they are hired killers send the best men to hunt them and capture them and interrogate them, to extract information to them and in the end to kill them or to let them go giving them False information that leads Jerses to make a great tactical error.

Leonidas will take out the arrow. Then he will shoot the arrow at the two archers. He will defeat the archers with only one shot. He is the King of Sparta. And this is SPARTA!

Leonidas has been shot twice.  Either one archer has hit him twice or the two still aiming at him have hit him once each.  Either way he is in deep do-do if he doesn't find cover and get help neutralizing the threat. That being done with the help of the gods, he will need to summon his doctors to remove the arrows and heal his wounds.  He will be unable to pull out the arrows which have penetrated his breastplate, without help. With the help of the gods and his fellow Spartan warriors, he will survive and lead his army to victory.

I can't believe Xerxes' warriors can do that. Maybe it was Cupid who shot Leonidas' heart.

Leonidas says: Thank you for the weapons. And then: the 2 arrows back to the two archers. And that's it.

Hold the bow tightly and pull it out straight from the wound in a single stretch. This will cause only minor pain, then remove the other one too. Then beyond this point, my King know, what to do.

You have to cover Leonidas, destroy the archers, remove the arrow with calm, carefully remove the arrowhead, disinfect the wound and burn the wound.
