He is guaranteed to take first place.  Spartans are the finest physical athletes in history, tough, motivated, and fit.  He would have to practice, which he would, and then it would all be over but the cheering.

A. first place

Being such a skilled and talented individual he will achieve first place but it will be a magnificent match to watch. He has to learn the game first and how to wield a racket so he is beaten soundly in the first set. But his previous experience in battle wielding weapons and skill at playing with his aponents psyche allows him to adapt quickly and win the next two sets for the victory.

He will win each game 40-love, each set 7-love and the match 5-love because there is no room for love in Leonidas's game.

Eschewing  the racket that he is provided,, Leonidas returns the first tennis ball volley using his shield. The ball  strikes his opponent in  the head and is instantly killed. The remainder of the tournament field flees in terror. Leonidas finishes first .

Well I am sure he would do great if he  had the chance to practice a bit, but we will say disqualified this time.
