Merger is an agreement between 2 coa or more willing to join the other coalition while abandoning their own coa.

Its either totally abandoning their own coalition or just for a period of agreed time.

most of small coa now with active members joining Coalition with a good ranking position with active players.

the only issues now is who will lead the merger team. but its a best way to strengthen you team having a new fresh of active players

As has been said, the only way to merge two coalitions (or more) is that one of them is abandoned.

Think about the pros and cons before making this important decision. 

Give up the least developed coalition.
