Archon it is good that you are looking for a coaliton, this will help you grow and get the most out of the game. But which coalition to choose? In your embassy you can see all the coalitions in the game, clicking onto each of these will take you to their coalition description page which will give you information on them such as which language they speak and what they are about. If the description is in Spanish or Italian and you are looking for English speakers your search can end there. In the list of coalitions you will see the coalition position, the higher ranked coalitions may not be for you if you are reasonably new to the game but that is not necessarily true so scroll through the list until you find a description that suits you and contact them, you can always mail them to find out more before taking the decision to apply to join.
