Game Purchase System Not Working

Hello.  I think some bug is happening.  The game sale purchase system is not working.


Now, I load the game.   I can see a special offer.  It is the first screen (Mighty Development Pack).  1 purchase available.  I click  the green button.


But the next screen is not the sale package.   The sale  package screen disappears. I can only see regular package screen.  There are no sales to choose from.  I can only click  on regular  packages.  When I click 'purchase' to see what happen next, my ticket shows no sale package.  I refreshed. I tried again. Same problem.  I did not buy this sale package today earlier. So this is the first time.


Can someone check this situation?  I would like to do  that sale purchase. But only 7 more hours for the sale.

Thank you Dimitri !  I sent a message  to the support link.  Today is a very good sale.  I hope the situation can be fixed soon.

I just tried to buy a package and after reentering my card info was given the wrong package at the wrong price I am very unhappy with this, was going to get one in server 1 and 2 but now can only have the one

Hello! The best and the fastest way to resolve this issue is to submit a ticket using this form. My colleagues will handle it and make you happy again.

ok Agent Andrew , I have submitted a ticket we shall see if they take care of it. the package I wanted expires in 1 day 14 hours so doubt it will be fixed in time so I can get the package in both servers

I am happy to say they responded and made everything right for me. I am very happy with the way my issue was handled
