Hi,

When I look at my coalition members, it tells me *about* when they lasted logged in.

I'd like some more precision on that. Specifically, what time (UTC) does the game use when determining some player, some where in the world, has last logged in TODAY vs YESTERDAY.

There are many uses of that information. But as a single example, if I knew that, I'd have a better chance of knowing that I might be able to reach a coalition member.

If I don't what time of day UTC is the rollover time, when something says YESTERDAY, it could be 1 minute ago or 23 hours and 59 minutes ago. Big difference.
