Purchase failures

Ever since I started playing this game I have been having problems with seeing my city on the map, other graphics problems, and incredibly, being unable to spend money at the market to by the packages they are selling. Every time I try I get a message saying something went wrong with my transaction.

Well, your problem obviously comes from your computer, operating system (and possible unstable programs or malwares installed) or web browser, and it can't be addressed on the server's side.

Anyway, when browsers become unstable you have to clear their cache. Just closing them and relogging won't be enough.

Besides, you may have to do so at least once a week, and even much more often if your computer's RAM quantity is low, as Flash is quite a memory hog, unfortunately.

As such, it's not a bug, or else all players here would obviously suffer the same problem, which is not the case.

A bug is a flaw in the game code which would prevent features from working. Your problem is rather related to difficulties in connecting to the game server, or possibly to your payment provider's.

Anyway, display problems should be addressed by clearing your browser cache and using a better and more Adobe Flash compliant browser, to start with.

Then if you can upgrade the amount of memory in your computer, then you should cosider doing it (maximum 4 GB for a 32 bits operating system, and minimum 8 GB for a 64 bits one): it would greatly ease Flash operation.

Finally, I advise you scan your computer for viruses and malware. The first one you should try is AdwCleaner here (just download it and run it : it doesn't install, just double click on it once it's downloaded to use it whenever you need it) :
