Not cool to make drafty changes of the game like that

i don't think is proper for plariun to change the game like this ,not went we work so hard to develop and update all the stuff in the game or almost done with ,we spend a lot of money to get were we are and we demand reimburse for some of the money spend ,now looks like we still need to spend more and more with the new design they have ,is not right and is not cool .cojiba

New levels give you many benefits:

1) Your Units will become much stronger.

2) You will be able to upgrade Defensive stats for Offensive Units and vice versa. It means more space for strategic movements and less risk for your Offense to be caught and lost in unfair battle.

3) Only active players will receive this opportunity. The Defensive Units of players that are not playing the game anymore, but protecting other players or strategic sites will no longer be competitive.

4) Only the last 2 levels will require a special Resource.

5) You can get this Resource in Tournaments.

everything you said applies to ALL players....


1) "Yours Units will become much stronger"....EVERYONES units will become much stronger, so it doesn't matter...if mine improve 10% and yours improve 10%....what difference does it make?  other than a lot more time (and money for some) for you and I to upgrade agreements from 20 to 32.


2) "Offense caught in unfair battles".....I have written support on several occasions and I have been told every time that their are NO unfair battles.  typical support reply, "you must take into account the many, many different ways to calculate troop and position strength. (elixir levels, agreement levels, 20% boost, 50% boosts just to name a few....." So, there are no unfair battles per support, but again if your troops change and my troops also change what's the difference?


3)  every coal has members that do not play anymore and their defense is still in pans.  wouldn't it be easier for plarium to neutralize cities after say 90 days of non activity/no login?  maybe 30 days.  turn them into bot cities with the troops exposed for pvp opportunities.  If the player returns return the troops to his cities minus some type of penalty.  (10% loss of original troop total)  yes, this would upset some coals, but they do have an unfair advantage.


4) the last two levels require a "special resource"...great another hoop to jump threw...

I wonder what benefit a community manager gets?  Are you on the payroll?  Do you play for free?  Get some type of allowance monthly?  Have you ever made a negative public comment about the game or plarium?  I would guess not.....

$$$ did i miss something...we dont lose enough off when we hit off...not enough revival ? :)

These new changes are disturbing - little players could compete with the bigger players by catching another players offense in pans and cities. Now the little cities will stay little - and the bigger players will grow stronger and be afforded greater protection.How can we compete with the monsters in the game or hope to gain an equal status unless we spend a fortune?


I left another online game for similar reasons.....Plarium needs to fix the gap between the Gods in the game and the new players - what fun is it when we can never catch up to older players or make an impact in the game?

There are those who think we complain too much... I have played the game for almost one year.  In this time frame everything Plarium has added has made the game less fun.  Almost every suggestion I see on the forum I like... every implemented one I hate.

The game has to be fun to keep me involved:

1. PVP Warfare & Warfare strategies = Fun

2. Interacting with other coalition players = Fun

3. Raiding and completing personal events = OK but somewhat Tedious

4. Collecting resources = Tedious

5. Studying Scrolls = Tedious

6. Executing Persian Positions = Tedious

7. Collecting Tribute = Extremely Tedious & Time Consuming.

8. Upgrading Buildings = Tedious

9, Updating Agreements = Tedious

10. Managing General Equipment = Extremely Tedious and Time Consuming

11. Managing Capitals = Slow & Tedious.  Most players don't care.

12. Amphitheater and lame Phylarch = Tedious and super time demanding.


Why is every new Plarium "improvement" another of these tedious micromanagement features that offer no challenge, requires no skill and just demands more time and more money... Not a good way to keep existing Customers.

agree with you richard.

Also anything you add adds a layer of code or UI/UX and makes the whole game heavier to run, slow and unstable.

its still about the same thing wanting more money from the game not about the gamers enjoyment or skill level but about who has the deepest pockets. I can see this game losing a lot of high level players. Spend more or fall behind and become a small fish in this sea of Plarium. Revival costs are ridiculous so are most things in this game now, persians are a waste of troops as the cost to get the big payout that we used to see is about 3 times the amount as before. So at what point Plarium will start listening to the mass of people they are forcing our hand. Stop spending or leave this game and find another. Thanks Plarium for ruining what used to be a great game
