MODS: Why not?

Hello people,

So, I believe mods can help alot in this game, so I suggest to the game developers to allow the use of mods, saved in cloud, and promote them, like an app. This will probably adapt the game for the different kind of players. The modifications below can be aplied to the game even.

Mods suggested:

  1.   zoom in and out on the map.

  2.  the distance from the city should appear  in every report, (and the direction??). even if is a spy report, the option to dispatch scouts should be there.

  3.  pre-defined army sets button to help in position take over (just an example) and/or the option to select all offensive or defensive units easier.

  4.  personilize the way how you can organize your reports or vizualize them, like search for a player, save special reports or share them with others.

This is some modifications that I thought. Off corse there is many others that people will discover. Some mods can be bought to help with the cloud costs.

That's all folks, see ya!

Greetings. Thank you for your suggestions. Let me answer them:

1. It's technically complicated, so I doubt that it will be implemented.

2. It could be done I suppose. But I would like to know how many players support the idea to add Distance into reports.

3. Now you can choose all Offense/Defense in Bunker or in City. Two buttons. You mean you would like to have 1 button instead? Could you please explain a little?

4. That's an interesting idea. But I would also like to know what do other players think of it. Maybe you can discuss it with others and find the best solution, which I could pass to our devs?

Good evening Alyona Kolomiitseva,

I suggested the topics "1" and "2" because it's hard to understand how you are working on the map, you can easily mistake choosing the slowest  units or had to cancel the raid because it will take long time. The small map(huge zoom) create this difficulties in the first moment, and the absent of this informations in the report colaborate to keep me "blind".

I think it could help to use the location to try to remember informations about a player, their name many times is less important.

About topic "3", the layout should be choosed by the own player, thats why I said "mods" (short for modifications), the terms "mods" or "scripts" can be used in games to describe a way to personilize a game. but they are created many times by the users and seems be unorganized, so I suggest to offer them in a app store as an "app"(beautiful icon to be storage somewhere with some personalization function) - Sorry, sometimes I belive it's hard be simple - Of course you can create a default setting for it, like these three buttons: all troops ; all offensive ; all defensive, or a spoiller as used in Port, and the % bar. Yes, it should be discussed.

Number 4: yes you are completely right, we need more opinions, I will fix it.

The best topics  to be implemented are respectively: 4, 1, 2, 3.

I will try to call more people to this discussion. See you soon.
