Greetings Archon ,

Members has to vote whos gonna be the next leader. Afterward you have to come in touch with the support and make a report.

I remember when we had to do that, and it was a PAIN! 150 members with only 25 active in chat at the time!

wouldnt it be easier to start a new coal and just invite everyone from your old coal over?

actually the solution is very simple; if hegemon is absent for 1 week, game automatically proposes to next in rank to become hegemon. if he refuses or no answer for 1 day, next in line receives proposal. like in millitary lol

But what if all the top ranking leaders have quit? And what if the best person suited to the role is at a higher level (and is doing all the work) but at a lower rank. Who would support a hegemon not suited to the role but is promoted by default?

By the way, we are currently considering the idea to give players an opportunity to change their Hegemon.
