Emporia are divided into categories by city level ..., I assume it is to keep high level players from slaughtering lower level players on a regular basis.

I have lower level players asking me what the level groups are for Emporia occupation.  I honestly did not pay attention to level groups, and Emporia were very different elements when i was lower level than they are now.

Does anyone know what the level groups are? (at what level players move to the next higher group)?

I don't think you understood the question.

If it was confidential then why would the dev's program the Gravisca agreements to inform you of the city level required to develope the next Gravisca agreement?

This is something every player will learn/know as they progress (other than the old school members like myself that started before emporia existed or before emporia were changed to what they are now)

This is very important and useful data that helps new players grow their cities. (as we get to higher levels, Emporia are not something you can take and hold as the game is set up to favour aggression against them in such a huge way you can not hold emporia)

With the help of only 5 people i have a solid list i would like to post in the forums (this data is easy to collect - especially with the gravisca telling us what the numbers are)

But if this is truly confidential i will not do so.

Please review your decision for me and make sure it is in fact confidential - this is to assist new players to grow, it is not revealing the math or programming secrets the devs use for Persian Positions.

Wish I could help but undortunately I am high level so I don't know what's the deal with the lower levels.

AFAIK there's no official data on this and personally, I would doubt that it's as simple as the above quote suggests. I would assume whatever formulae are behind this, they are a bit more challenging, perhaps rather similar to the math behind grouping players into tournament leagues.To me at least it would make sense since a player's level is but one of many parameters that could be used to determine a player's strength. For example, grouping players solely by level, but disregarding their current agreement levels and many other possible upgrades, would provide but a very skewed picture of reality.

Generally, IMHO, it makes sense to obfuscate this type of information, similar to the calculations of XP, PP or PvP points or battle results, anything too transparent would reduce the game to solving a math equation and relegating us to bookkeepers. :-)

There is not a confidential information.. There is ignorance,,, But you need to understand them... They have orders to ask back and always the last message in any topic must been sent by them...

1-49 lvl,

50-69 lvl,

70 over,
