Coalition War need a real winner

This is a war game we are all at war with everyone to start. The way coalition war starts is good but doesn't do any thing when you are mad at the other coalition. Can we change the coalition war to where 2 coalitions go to war there is one winner and the other coalition is disbanded. It would be cool to be able to go to war where the two coalition memberships is lock up and you could leave the coalition but not join it and if you lost more then like 50% of your member do to them leaving or going inactive that coalition would have lost the war and there coalition get disbanded. There could be some loop hole where when both coalitions want to end it they can but just like starting it both coalition must say so.

I totally agree with Wire. During a war about 3/4 of the enemy coalition leaves it and it`s impossible to beat a coalition of 30 super strong people.

I'm not sure that our players will support this idea. Some Coalitions work really hard to earn some Achievements, build their Capital, capture and hold Pantheons. And now you say that if two strong Coalitions are at war, then one of them will be disbanded? Is that fair?

Yeah maybe you are right it is not fair if the hegamon from both coalitions who payed money to own there coalition said there coalition is better and was willing the bet there coalition on it. But it would be cool to have a way for 2 coalition to fight to death for a title of Coalition Killer or something like that.

You could make terms of war and surrender.

E.g Winner will take 500k rss or their capital tools or exchange levels of capitals.

winner will get 1 pantheon..etc etc

And the looser could loose a pan, loose an achievement or influence points.

What's the point of climbing in the top if you are not really in the top? You must overcome the tides of war to earn that spot..

One of the problems with Sparta is that you cannot really "win" and there is no core purpose in the wars.  The prize is not worth the cost at all.

Plarium sits at difficult crossroads:

On one hand you have money players who build up their city and armies as a project and could quit if defeated and downgraded.

On the other hand you have money players (like me) who want SWOE to be a true strategy game with real winners and losers and could quit if you insist on making it a nice "nobody loses" kind of game.

At this time I see war in SWOE as a way to wipe out a bunch of units without hope of gaining anything significant and the downside of having to pay Plarium a bunch of Drachmas to revive all the dead units. There is no "War" in SWOE
