agreements signing bonus don't work

i build amphiteater, upgrade the item signing agreements to lvl 9 and after each 3 hours the remaining time left must decrease, wich don;t happened. i make something wrong, or it is a technical bug ? i shall go first to the battle with the gladiators and then axtivate the skills, or this has no importance in wich order you do it ?

Hi! This Bonus works only while the Phylarch is active. When it deactivates, the remaining time increases again.

how silly is that, it reverts to the original time, or the bonus was actually applied to the total time?

Hello Archon!

For technical difficulties please contact our support team !

About that, is not really silly because are many things you can activate or deactivate so your city can focus on some skills mainly, thus the activation/deactivation of the skills!

I agree - this is silly.  If I have an agreement signing time of 5 days 23hrs and the Phylarch reduces this by 20% but after 3hrs it reverts to the original time it had without the reduction then the Phylarch is absolutely useless.  Unless the reduction is permanent i.e. applied everytime the Phylarch is activated there is no point in using the Phylarch at all.

Plarium should really edit this - at least for signing of agreements and construction.

if you have 30% active and the time expires on your phylarch, then the time goes back to add 30% of the time you have left

examle if it takes 6 hours and you activate your phylarch it will decrease the time by 30%. when the phylarch time is up and if you have only 60 minutes left it adds back 30% of the 60 minutes left.

I have played in server1 and gotten awards for signing/upgrading agreements, and i am not getting the quests nor the rewards on the new server at all. I figured Palarium was working on the issue; since there isn't much time, I decided to continue signing agreements. My hegimon recently opened my eyes to this forum and had me post things for my Coal, so I figured why not report this issue as-well (since ya'll fixed the issue with my coal, in a timely manner).

Here is a screenshot of my missions;

http://prntscr.com/d3no5y

and here is a pic of my agreements;

http://prntscr.com/d3npad (Gravisca is going to lvl 4)

I hope that this report will help Palarium create a better gaming experience for all players, and thank you Palarium for creating and working on such a great game.

Sincerely

Hi! Seems like you do receive the quests. But probably, you sign agreements before you get the quest. However, I'm not sure of it, and I suggest you contacting Support to let them know about the issue. They will investigate it.

As far as signing agreements in the proper order to get the awards; I made that mistake in server 1, which is one of the reasons I decided to restart in this new server. I remember the quest order and tried to keep to it as much as possible, keeping all of my agreements the same level except my spies cuz i really wanted those troops once Palarium fixed the problem. However this is not what I'm referring to when I said I wasn't getting the quests.

When I logged on today the quest activated as you can see in this pic; http://prntscr.com/d4kl1j . If you compare this pic to the one i previously took of my quests, you'll notice that previously there was no agreement quest between military and construction quests as there is now. I was supposed to get quests for agreements since I first signed Swrdmen and Javs but all of those quests have been AWOL since I started.

How do I contact support to get the experience and troops that I've missed out on because of this?

Signing agreement's quest will start only when you signed athens.

Yup. It's not a bug. After you sign Athens, it will trigger the quest. I knew it because I also made the same mistake.

Hi there, just to let you know that the Phylarch is not working - I have upgrade agreement signing speed to be reduced by 25%. I started to upgrade the taras agreement Lv 22 which ordinarily should be 2d and XX hours. Now after th ePhylarch finished the agreement signing time was set to over 3 days!!!! See screenshot: https://snag.gy/OGzXRc.jpg

In other words the signing time was extended rather than shortened whch means it will take even longer to sign using the Phylarch. so the Phylarch is actually a nuisance rather than a benefit, definitively not an improvement.

Are you sure that the original time did not include any bonuses? Maybe you started the upgrade after the Phylarch activation? And when the activation was over, the time got back to normal which is 3+ days.

Leaving the Phylarch out of the conversation, the Ephorate is supposed to reduce agreement singing speed and that does not happen. Mine is at level 20 which is supposed to provide a 40% reduction and that is not happening at all. All signing speeds still take the stated amount of time, I.e. 5/15/30/60 mins. IMO, in relation to the Phylarch, it seems it need a major overhaul to be worth having in the game.

Sorry I was a bit too lazy to read that all.

What I can say (and I'm sure of it) is that the promised percentage is an absolute lie (though it works to some extent).

I have a 25% construction speed boost, 25% agreement signing speed and 50% skill discovery speed and they definitely don't work as they should.

Maybe you don't have enough information about how it works?

Let's imagine 1 builder can build a house in 1 day (or 24 hours).

Earlier our Bonuses were cutting the construction time. Let's say the bonus is 50%. In that case 1 builder will build 1 house in 12 hours (50% less).

But a few months ago we have changed the way your bonuses are applied. Now they rise speed instead of cutting the time.

How does it work?

Let's imagine that our builder started working 50% faster.

It means that 1 builder will build 1,5 houses in 1 day (24 hours), or 1 house in 16 hours. Not 12 like it would be if the Bonus cut the building time for a house.

The same formula is behind all construction/training/etc. bonuses.

I tried the link, since I wanted to report that the quest reward for Athens agreement level 10 is not working for me, but when I used the link, it took me to a page to choose the game i was concerned about, which is Sparta of course, and when I clicked that it took me to the same FAQ page that I get if I click support in the game itself. The FAQ shows no way to contact support. It has two articles about how to submit an error report, but they're in Spanish, which helps me very little. As best I can read them, they tell you *what* to submit, but not where or how. So, how can I report a bug in Sparta that is costing me a quest reward? Thank you.

Thank you... it works!

Of course, as it turns out, I didn't need it (though it's great to have if anything occurs in the future)... Quests had offered benefits for the first 8 or 9 Athens upgrades, but then switched to Delphi. I failed to notice the change, until I paid attention to the icon, which didn't look right--because it wasn't of course, not for Athens. It was Delphi's. :)

Anyway, my apologies for saying there was a bug where there wasn't, and thanks for the correct link to make a support ticket, for any future situation where I might need it.
