Influence points not added to coalition

We just finished a challenge that moved us from level 3 of Charon's Chosen to level 7 (only 1 coa has ever gotten to level 8 on our server).


That was nice.


However, the influence points that we should have received according to the game (and as clearly stated in the automated congratulations messages in our coa members' PM inboxes) have not been added to our coalition. Less than half the points we won were added. Many refreshes, many hours after the challenge ended, many coa members confirming this.


Come on Plarium!!! Can you're programmers even get basic programming right???? Elite Israeli Defense Force programmers.... yeah right. Nothing elite going on here. Just bugs.


Please stop spending money on anything but improving the quality of your existing, shipping products. Before customers are all gone.


And as a small sign of that, please add the correct influence points to our coalition.

Update your own locked post on How to Report a bug

so that it has the correct URL you referenced above.


And make that information MUCH MORE VISIBLE on the main website.


Like any normal company that cares about customers would have done from the beginning.
