Support response time?

I can't get into Sparta.. it loads then gives an error message. I've tried with FB Gameroom and via FB directly (with Firefox). I've reinstalled Gameroom and rebooted Firefox. Still the same.  I've sent Support 2 messages (with the error report). Any idea how long it may be till they get back to me? TIA

if its any consolation I have also been kicked out of the game and cannot get back in at the moment, its only affecting sparta and its on all browsers I use, ticket submitted and we just have to be patient :(

Just to follow up, I was back in in a few hours, and the customer support rep was very helpful, and kept me apprised of how things were going.

I am still locked out but I know they are working on it for me and no Mods dont get bumped up the queue :P

I am also back in, took them a couple of days as was a complex issue but on the up side the info I sent them every time it locked up can be used to prevent it happening again, this is why everyone should always report issues and send them the info they request about it, it means you are contributing to game improvements for all :)
