Visiting 630,2131 FCS HOSHI64 I found he had the same offensive legendary weapons as I BUT But despite he had a lower upgrading inn all 4 categoreis : 0,i,II,II and I : I,III,III,III He had rating of 44,8 % and i on 40,6% HOW can that be?
WE are spending a lot of ressouces,time in order to achieve items and breaking them down????!!!!

I don't have the bonus values for the individual items, but it does seem that you and Hoshi do not share the same offensive items in the top slot. Remember that though the left slots 2 to 4 are offense, the offensive item in the top row is on the right.Or am I misunderstanding your question in some way?
