I can't use my credit/debit card or paypal anymore,and they want me to jump thru hoops just to send a ticket in,well i don't know how to take screen shots or copy & paste stuff..and i can't submit the ticket without those things because everything turns red and says required field,must fill out. so i might not be playing this game to much longer,i will find something else to spend my money on..Apparently plarium doesn't like money.

Thanks for not responding to me plarium..i sent leonidas a message at that link and he never got back at me..and if he did i just didn't know where to find the message..and i don't read my email..but,i'm good now,,i got a new credit card and it works.

I've been through this Imperial, I know what it is like...And I also got the same not-so-useful answers.

But it's actually quite easy to deal with this : when you submit a ticket, if you don't wish to add a file, just click on the cross next to the "Select file" button at the bottom instead of leaving it blank, that should prevent the error message from appearing (is "that would avoid the message to appear" proper English?).

All other fields you need to fill, though, that shouldn't be a problem.

They should not demand a screen shot since no where in the game do they explain how to do one, and when you ask them how to do one you get no reply.

Personally I use this program to take screenshots.

It's a very good program and i suggest it.
You press the PrtScr button on your keyboard and you choose the area you want to show on your screenshot.
Then you click on the disc icon to save your screenshot on your PC.
Or if you want to get a link directly without saving it first you click on the cloud (the first icon at the left of the icons that appear).

if you are on windows then just use the snipping tool thats part of the OS
