i just wanted to state a few things that stayed on my mind and is also on the mind of many others:
every update we have had n the last 2 years made the game more and more money intensive, destorying every last ounce of strategy it once had.
i do get you all want to earn money, as every companny does but it does also implament that something has to be inproved or evolved to compansated for that investment, but that doesn't happen at all, every week we get new glitches on top of other glitches who aren't fixed and probaly will never be fixed.
this leaves me to ask what plarium is even doing with our money a sthis game gets more money in then any other average online game and all the otherr free online games who gets money from volentary investments by the gamers improves every month, makes the game more playable for other and fixes the gliches or mispatches, but plarium does nothing, i repeat NOTHING.
And if you complain you get a very standerd msg saying this "dear archon, you protest/suggestion is noted and send to our develpors, but do note it takes time to adress this matter and then implamen tit or change it...."
i'm not alone with this, many other complained but nothing is changing
and this gonna sound hard to you plarium but: you only implament new money intensive changes just becouse you lose more and more gamers due to previous changes and wnat to make even more money of the back of the few gamers that still invest in you game

Our game developers are doing their best to improve the game performance and make it stable. Unfortunately, some issues are harder to fix, so it takes some time.
But it doesn't mean that we don't move forward to find a solution.
There are some high-Priority bugs (for example, when players can't send their Units to the Acropolis). We try to fix them as soon as possible, especially if they affect the basic game features. Our developers put aside all other tasks, and they fix it. Then we reload the game server to make it work.
And there are some bugs with lower priority. They are fixed with the game Update, because we can't reload the server to fix the Item description, or something minor.
And please don't forget that there are some complex bugs which are not so easy to define and fix. It may take some time to fix them, because we need to:
1) Reproduce the bug.
2) Pass the information to the responsible developer or team.
3) They need to find some time in their schedule to look into it.
4) They must find a solution and sometimes even approve it if it affects any other game features.
5) Then they need to update our test servers with this fix.
6) Then our QA engineers need to verify that the bug is fixed on the test server.
7) Then QA need to check as much of game features as they can to make sure that they were not affected with the fix.
8) Then our developers must update the game server to add this fix.
So yes, it would be much easier if we had a button 'Fix 'em all'. But each bug fix is a hard work of several departments.
As for the player suggestions, they are always welcomed. But please don't forget that game development is a complex task.
Once the idea is submitted in the community, I pass it further. When there are enough suggestions, they consider each idea. Sometimes they make a fast decision, and sometimes they need more time for consideration. Some ideas require data analysis and cooperation with several teams.
Even if it is accepted, it doesn't mean that it will appear in next update. It's added to the work plans, and as soon as our developers have enough time and resources for it, they will start working on this idea.
Besides your suggestions they have long-term plans for game development, and there are some features which must be done according to their plan. That's why our players' suggestions may be postponed for some period of time.
In some cases it seems that the task is very simple and it can be done till the next update, but when they start working on it, they find out that it's not that easy and they need more time to put in it. Or there can be some technical complications.
And as for your dissatisfaction with the recent update, could you please give me more details? What exactly you don't like or would like to change?

well alot of things are rong with the latest changes:
1) it makes the game more money intensive as you need to spend a lot of money to keep up with others
2) the new lvls are rediculeos as you need a ton of resources to upgarde them and the amout it risies with every upgrade is of the charts, so again more more is need to upgrade them
3) the new building is a joke, its stupid and causes more micro management and in turn more money to keep up with others to make an impact
4) it brought along a lot of glitches, even more then the usual glitches, that were still active when you updated and weren't resolved but made worse (again, we only get glitches upon glitches)
for the rest you explanation is a joke, yes it takes time and yes i do beleave balancing is a tuff thing but plarium doesn't move slow, they do nothing at all besides making the game more money intesive

By seeing that i am convinced that you only try to talk the issue down Alyona...
We spend hours the last few days explaining exactly what we see as a game killer in the agreements updates and you turning this into a simple pay to win woth 0 strategy money trap....
The whole issue is explained here so instread of put in few more hours about explaining how the proportions you are changing affect this game and chase out all the smaller players or moderate buyers i simply post the link.... Think you could do so too as you very well know where it is no?

Alyona is most likely stationed in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Plariums policy on freedom of speech is non existent. How many of you know what has happened to destiny? Just a hint, it was a #1 coalition in the game.
I was a moderator at the time and we had a 2 day debate in moderator chat after they deleted the post of what has happened to the strongest coalition in the game.
