Cannot log in

Hi, for some reason I can't log in today. Since I got up this morning till now, at night, I've had no luck.

Is maintenance going on or perhaps it's a problem with my computer? My computer seems to work perfectly fine

on everything else.

Clean your history / caches on your browser and ten try.. if not.. I would suggest ou to try to log in on some other browser, or try to turn off your security(browser security which is stopping caches etc).

If nothing helps, please contact our Support Team 

Personally, I would suggest you to try on some other browser.

I have emptied the laptop's history and still having troubles.

I've found a link to the game in French that actually works, while the one in English doesn't.

Will give it some time to see if it changes. Cheers!

I've been having issues all day with the game screwing up once I click on Reports. I have to refresh the browser.

Anyone else having an issue like this? I've opened a support case but the game is pretty much not playable.

Plarium changed their connections  to https, but some of their subservers haven't granted a trusted certificate yet. So your anti virus probably blocks the connections because they seem secure but they are not. 

Try to disable anti virus and load the site again.

If that works, then try to find how you can add an exception to your anti-virus for plarium. Probably the problem will be resolved when your anti virus updates its database in the next days

I've opened a ticket but I've not received a response yet.

The Persian tourney is starting and this is going to seriously impact my ability to play not to mention nearly impossible to manage my coa.

The game will be fine for an a few hours and then hang again every time i click reports.
