Cannot fully log into game...getting same error message as two weeks ago

OK Plarium, what did you do.  Two weeks ago you did an update that would not let thousands of us get into our games because you did a software update that affected BitDefender.

As of 7PM EST this evening, on 9/28/2016, I cannot fully log into my Sparta War of Empires Game, the green loading bar goes to  99% and I get the "Could Not Complete Action...please try again later".

What have you done. I have turned off my BitDefender AntiVirus completely, and the firewall, yet it still won't load. What have you done now.

What do I have to do to play this game without you regularly making it where I lose troops, or have to disable something, or lose my days played bonus?  

What is  your excuse this time.  And don't dare erase this topic.

I have the same problem. to me it is happening from 01 AM on 29/09/2016.

but there are many other problems that make you have to continually restart the game.

 we are too many players? It will be better for all of us to stop playing?

same thing here as well. 1.5 miliion off out on position raid and crash. unable to completely log on as well. troops are sitting ducks, so whats up?

I got in after turning my firewall off.

that is not working for everyone. i turned off the firewall, antivirus, and erased all cookies and all browsing data and visited sites, and after several tries was able to get in....but chat is little updates are not working..please take some responsibility for what you do.
