i cant confirm my email

i try to confirm my email and always i see this massage (You are attempting to send an email to an invalid email address. If you have access to the email address you entered, please contact Plarium Support)

No, I mean ticket ID which was sent to your email. It looks like #XYZ-123-456789 or something like that.

I reported exactly the same problem so weeks ago - I have friends that I cannot send invitations to as it tells me their email addresses are invalid. I sent screen dumps along with the narrative and details of the email addresses being rejected. I also tried emailing the link to one friend who then got the same message telling him that his email address was invalid when he tried to register. As the friends I tried to invite do not use any of the social websites or Google contacts there is no way they can participate.
