Attacks by superior armies on your city

Can anyone tell me if its worth leaving defensive units in your city when your attacked by forces that heavily outnumber and over rate your forces? I've been attacked twice by the same huge army and there is nothing I can do. I am in a coalition but it doesn't seem to give me any protection. Luckily I hid most of my army in the Acropolis. I'm not a player who buys anything as I think it's more rewarding to work your way up without finance (and I'm not that rich!) but I would like to get payback. Obviously  my army will grow but so will his so I will never have superior numbers. Any ideas? tHanks in advance.

Hello Archon!

YOur only solution at this time, if you do not want to spend any money would be to ask for your coalition to create a def wall at your city! Otherwise change a coal which are allies with that players coalition or are at least more helpful :)

Thanks for the advice. But how does the coalition do this? By giving me the funds  to do it?

Prometheus. Thanks for your answer but can you elaborate. you say that I should ask my coalition to create a defensive wall at my city. By sending units or building defences. If its the latter how can they help me build walls and towers? Thanks again

It is common for coalitions to help their menbers by sending defense to their city if they are being farmed by a player with a bigger army. Usually done during PVP.  Many players send defense to you to trap the bigger enemy, Great strategy for gaining points.

If your coalition will not do that for you then you are probably in the wrong coalition. Teamwork is the only way you can stand up to heavy coiners.

Where can we find terms and conditions of the game ?

About whether the game's people or game-connected people can play against us and thus have the superior advantage ?

Thanks
