Xenia quest not completing.

I invited a friend, he joined, but my Xenia quest still shows as incomplete. How do I fix it?

Are you sure your friend registered via your link?Can you see him in your friend list or xenia building?

i have the exact same problem. I can not see him in the xenia building.

What a run around. The support page direct you here for those kind of issues smh. If it was for making a purchase they would be on it quick.

Unfortunately, players on Forum can't help you to understand why you can't see your Friend in the Hall of Xenia. If you're sure he joined our game by your link, then contact Support.

First, the "link" you provided isn't a link. I can copy and paste, but it isn't linked to anything. 


Second, when I went to the support page I can't find anyplace to submit my question. I can search for questions, but that doesn't do me any good. There should be some means of contacting Plarium directly. Where is that?

You go to that support page and nowhere does it allow you to contact them about it.It tells you to ask in the Forum, Knowledgebase, WIKI or Twitter. if you click on the contact us link you find nothing to be able to address the issue. If you click on Gameplay it tells you directly they will not help you.My closest option was to create a bug report, which I did but alas no reply.

Your friend has to use the link provided by plarium through the xenia with a new account. It does work , but obviously your friend did not use the proper link. if it isn't working.

guys, it's not a gameplay issue. Gameplay questions are like " Where do I get Denarii?" or "How many Walls I can build?", etc.

Mark this issue as a bug. Our Support Team doesn't accept Gameplay tickets.

I sent a new report and they responded so maybe the other one got lost in the shuffle. any ways, they gave my friend the rewards instead of me. hahaha i was the one who invited him. Oh well, at least he got something.

That is odd 

My mistake my friend was looking at the email where I invited him. to this day no resolution.

If it was a duplicate issue which has already been answered before, then it was closed.
Not 100% sure I sent the first bug report correctly. Could be why I can't find the first report. Either way, there has been no resolution to the issues or even a reply.
