Upgrade sketches
Once one has an upgrade sketch how does ones use it to upgrade a building. I was advised go into the building and it would be automatic, but there is no option to use sketches.

Archon, to use schemes, you must reach level 20 buildings with normal resources after level 21 will ask schemes to continue to update the resource building
