Cannot move items from General's Temporary Inventory

Whn attempting to move General's items into permanent inventory from temporary inventory, for some items the "store" button at the bottom of the pop-up selection box displays below the lower screen boundary. This means that (a) NOTHING on the second row of temporary inventory can be moved, and (b) items with long descriptions (e.g. Scout's Helmet) cannot be moved even from the first row - because the bottun cannot be scrolled to or selected. That pop-up needs to display higher up on the screen. Note: no amount of changing display size, zoom, etc. compensates for this.

I already tried. That link just takes me to a do-loop back to the Forums page. It offers no link to actually submit a ticket. Hence my post to "bug reports."
