COALITION ATTACKS NOT ABLE TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM PAN

Hello,

We had an issue today of a pantheon besieged in a coalition attack that included only commanders. No polemarchs were involved in the operation. After the pan was sieged, the 3 members who are not polemarchs could not withdraw their offenses from the pans.  It took a polemarch to be online at the time to send the units home.  Is this a global setting for the game or a coalition setting we can edit?  Please advise how we can edit this if possible.

Thanks.

Thor

Hello Archon

Hegemons can appoint whoever they want to send units home (coalition settings), note that even this way you only will be able to send back offensive units.
