New Bug???

Just completed an event mission, collect 3000 resources from a farmers emporia, and didn't get credit for the event mission.  Not exactly happy about this. But not angry either.  I got the resources. So that's a good thing.  But the only reason I did it was to get the event mission awards.  

I know Plarium is busy with larger issues as this time.  But when you guys could get to this.  I will keep the trade report for verification, because that is all I have that says I did what I did.

OK why are the other messages getting replies and I am not.  At least let me know you read the message and will handle it in turn.  Or something.  Just don't leave me hanging.  Not feeling very supported right now.

Ok that is twice I have done the farmers emporium for 3000 and not received the awards.  Three times I have tried, one failed and twice achieved.  I think there is a serious problem with this.  If others have been effected the same way please say so.  Seems the squeaky wheel gets the grease around here.  Done trying that one until I get some kind of response from support.  

Looking at my last trade report from my last successful 3000 run to a farmers emporium.  Funny thing.  It is dated 7-5-2016.  Maybe that is why I am not getting the awards.

OK went back to playing and Now I have it.  Either that was some very impressive support, or a lag in the system.  But since I CAN GET NO RESPONSE AT ALL IN ANY WAY FROM SUPPORT, we will never know.

This is a  game forum and not support. You have to use the support link to get support......

Um yeah.  Started out as a "BUG REPORT".  So um yeah.  I'll be sure to look you up if I need any more "helpful" advice.

The moderator even directed you to the support link himself......If you want "support" help you message support .
