i'm done ..it's not funny

Couldn't log in almost all day ..my army was destroyed ..one day was lost...to  support can't send an message it's say i have to filled all fields...and i already had filled all :(( ... Tried to play but i can't

My message to support...still can't sent it ..after like 20 tries ..i give up :((  



" Hy Guys

Yesterday couldn't play to much because the servers where down...first time was in the morning ..

then worked like an hour or so ..and after that didn;t worked all day till today in the morning...when worked like for 30 minutes

When finally i could log in ..surprise i was attacked ..and my troups where all destroyed lost like 200 k offense -couldn't sent them to acropolis because when the game crashing i was doing positions fight and the game crashed ..it;s not funny ..even if i tried like for hours to log in but couldn't ..i saw on forums that the facebook players could play all time ..it's not funny ..i really like playing but if you guys don't do anything i will quit...anyhow waiting an response from you ..till then will stop playing

Also lost one day of full dominion and progress on over tournament ...and advance to upgrade my buildings and troups :(

I agree that this is bullshite.  I can't believe this company can't/won't try to rectify the situation.  They want you to jump through more  hoops after they fail to aknowledge their problems???? I am done with company/game.  WTF do they think their customer are? bunch of idiots is what they think we are!!!

Archon, please be patient, and you will respond, they not only have to answer your request, if not thousands of players, and receive a response within 24 hours after contact with them

Because instead of having a fair and Magnanimous compensation proposal ready (hint : 1 that will just shut everyone up and leave them happy) alleviating most concerns ......... they post links to the support page which is further exacerbating the issue.


There is no real dollar value in what it would take to keep most people happy ....... its not as if they are facing giving every member a carton of beer.

passed 24 hours didn't receive anything..also lost progress  for yesterday ..more important was that i will lose an level on the experience tournaments(my contribution was 20 k two days a go before this crash and now i have only 25   k because of this crashed and losing tim and army :(  ) ... ... spent some drachmas to have some army now  ...of course now nobody will be intrested about this  :(...and the list go on....
