Can someone please show me a guideline on how to create a banner for the coalition ...
I am looking around and couldnt able to locate.

Go to coalitions and click on create or start a coalition. It will prompt you to the next stage which is designing the banner

Archon if you already have a coalition and want to have a unique logo must do the following accomplishments for your coalition
Attain the following Coalition Achievements and our designers will create an exclusive banner for your Coalition!
- Chosen of Zeus (Level 5)
- Stewards of Hades (Level 7)
- Heroes of the Ecumene (Level 3)
- The Brotherhood of Jason (Level 9)
- The Brotherhood of Achilles (Level 10)
- Hammers of Hephaestus (Level 5) - Exalted of Sparta (Level 5)
- Children of Ares (Level 5)
After your Coalition has completed all of these Achievements, contact our Support Team at and let them know about your outstanding accomplishments!
but if you want to create a coalition just you have to go to the embassy, and tell you create coalition and you will get options to create and make your coalition

That's what I said, but it has been said a smaller coaliton has actually managed to do so (on one of a Facebook servers, if I remember right).
Some are also fighting over low level pantheons so they take them off in turn, actually incrasing the counter towards this achievement... While top coalition rather use to be just keeping what they have.
