On what objet would it be applied ? By whom ? Who will pay for it ? Etc.

Now if your question was "does it exist already ?", the answer is clearly : no.

If it was "did it exist in the past ?", then the answer is : not I'm aware of.

If it was "can it be added ?", then the answer is : we can't answer this, as this forum is attended only by players like you. Please open a ticket and ask Plarium. But I suggest you provide much more precisions.
