Question about oracle missions.

I know my ID, the problem with my sending a ticket is to attach a screenshot, that's all

Did you understand that I CAN'T SEND A TICKET !!

And it's stupid, they ask for a screenshot even when it's completely useless.

To link a screenshot :


1) save your screenshot to a file


2) Host your picture file to some online hosting website, such as prntscr.com


3) Copy/paste the hosted picture address into the messge you're sending to the technical support.

I linked a screenshot in an earlier comment, tell me if you can view it please. Is that what you want me to send in the message to the technical support ?

Actually, I can share it in the body of the message itself but not in the field allocated to this : one has to download a screenshot by going through one's documents and choosing a file from there, one can't just copy the link of the screenshot saved online.

Does it make sense ? Otherwise Thatbloke please contact me and we'll try and sort it out in French.

Alyona, I can put my ID where they ask me to but not at the place where I must choose a file, as I just said. I have to go through my files.

I don't see any screenshots in your comments. Please try to paste a link in the ticket body. Let's see if it works.

But even with the link in the ticket body, they want me to fill the field allocated to sharing a file, otherwise I can't send it, so there is no way for me to get it fixed... Unless this field stops being mandatory, which should be the case, once more, as seeing a screenshot of my unavailable missions doesn't help understand the problem better.

You need to fill in the field with ID, not sharing a file.

It finally worked... But is the ID just the first 7-digit number we see in the guide or is there more to it ?

It's the pp123456754 actually. Could you please tell me what exactly you have pasted in the ID field so it could work for you?

Thank you for your advice Aleksandar, but I'm not a buyer and I will still do them... with my heroes, as some do. And I will keep playing the positions because they seem to work well, every time I lose many troops I'm reimbursed soon after, that's how it works :)

And I'm far from lvl112 which I will never try to reach, lvl 40/50 are fine for me

how u like, but lvl 40-50 is like to start from zero, if u like big army u must hit big lvl, but also u will lost a lot, i know next hit on big lvl will return all what i lost, but he says positions give more toys now, but is not true, big lose only.

good luck, and some day u will come like me to same lvl, because when u start hit and winn u continue, i make a lot time more than 50 k points in oracle, 3 time in top 50 only oracle, but he change it, no more big toys

he like money, but never see from me

u don't have to ever play Persians and you will have same if not bigger army with just producing units, I know players who stay away from Persians and doing very well


when they reach 200 000 or more units and grain is being issues, they either burn some light units at pvp or actually use them on Persians and keep building.

i take 25 milion for now from persian, but plarium sponsored players attacked me with unlimited toys, and im not coward, i  lost about 20 mil but kill more than 50, because that who attacked me dont have nothing with playing, makwe siege with only 30 mil off, i broke and kill all, then like to make only tith mpeltast, peace4 of cake, i kill almost all, so i know next hit will be big payout. becvause maybe i take a lot when he give me from 1 position 7000 trojans, and banks is not still full,
