i was sending my reinforcement to our pan 241 so I could collect the ori 15000 pieces. When my men arrive they never went inside so I couldnt get the ori. so I went to tracking and it said my men were entering the pan. I waited and waited and they were still entering, so I cleared my cache and logged back in and the message was the same, my reinforcements were entering the pantheon. so I rebooted my computer and when I logged in, it still say my men are entering the pantheon.. I cant get them back, no message showing them in the pan in the war council, they are stuck in limbo, now I can get my men or the ori.

Does this mean I got ripped off, how do i get my men back and the ori I couldnt get because your game is messed up.

Can't say I have any major issues regarding stability, although when keeping the game running for 5 hours or more, there does appear to be a memory leak which lets processes hog quite a bit of RAM. Restarting the browser usually solves the issue; in Chrome, using the "--process-per-site" startup option helps only if you're running lots of other web apps but you can check the Chrome Task Manager to ensure mem usage is not getting out of hand and kill processes if need be.


That's really my only tech issue which I tentatively attribute to Plarium since it appears in Chrome, FF and IE but, to be fair, it is a common malaise of many web-based apps. 

Running the risk of someone suggesting that I'm sucking up to Plarium :-): I've been playing MMOG's since the 1990s and this site is easily in the top 20% in regarding stability, availability, live-update and other technical issues. I spent most of 2014 and 2015 playing Gameloft games which was a much more trying experience.

that was a support ticket and now 7 days and no answer. As for the men and the ori I wanted , four hours later I went to bed and when I woke up all my men were dead, gone or who knows. 


so you can see why I have no faith in the support team and they never answer my questions within 4 days or less. sometimes they dont even answer them, or give me some bs and then they close the ticket without letting me respond to their lies and bs.

as english is not my language,i assume UNSTABLE means when horse is not in the stable 8)

I've spent CC monies in here for drachmas. I want my 600 drachmas replenished to my Glorious Valley account.


I do understand that no software is perfect. You may want to report this to the developers.

My experience: trying to restore any losses with the plaroum staff is loss of time. They will demand screnshots from you to "Prove" (as if you can predict the "incident" and make shots right before and afte)r. But even when you have screenshots, you realize Plarium would prefer scores of hours of "negotiations" and refusal at the end to simply doing what any decent customer service does. They do not "spoil" you here, they so not want to make you happy - they want you to spend money.

Unfortunately, we can't restore losses that weren't proven.

This company does not give a shit about you or your problems. I've spent roughly $500 and am missing the 5* purple life steal boots you're given in the beginning of the game as well as a defense set for completing a mission/goal. I've submitted SEVEN tickets. Not ONE has been responded to. Several have been closed by THEM with ZERO response. This is by far the worst mobile company I've ever came across and I'm currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them for theft and false advertisement. There is such a thing as fraud and theft of digital goods and they will be held accountable.  I should clarify that the items that were lost were due to being disconnected when they were having their server issues from the update while moving the boots from 1 champion to another and the other defense set that was a reward was never added to my inventory.
