Hello, Archon!

The Plarium Play app is available on x32 OS. Could you please specify the type and name of your OS? I will clarify this case with our devs.

I also have this issue.

My PC has Windows 7 Ultimate with 32-bit OS.

I can download and install the app, but I get the same compatibility error.

Was gonna send a ticket through your standard support process, but you don't have one for the app.  Please advise whether you have a fix or not.

Please delete the installer and download it once again. The bit of your OS could be selected incorrectly when you downloaded the Plarium Play installer. Here is the link if needed.

I uninstalled plarium app, then deleted the installer, downloaded it again, installed it again and same result.

I don't know how the bit of my OS can be selected incorrectly, there is no option to manually choose your bit OS when downloading the installer, or when installing the app.

Any other suggestions?

My OS is Windows 7 with 32-bit, but your desktop app says "incompatible version". Uninstalled and installed it multiple times with same result. Seems there is a bug. Do you have a solution to it?

Your xml configuration file "app" shows this:

StartUrl=https://plarium.com/desktop

ApiUrl=https://plarium.com/desktop#/actions?data=

URISchemeKey=plariumplay:

PepFlashPlayerPath=PepperFlash/pepflashplayer64_23_0_0_207.dll

PepFlashPlayerVersion=23.0.0.207

ApplicationArchitecture=x64

Is this correct? While downloading it does not give us the option to select 32-bit or 64-bit

I solved the problem by inspecting the page and finding the dowunload link

and I got the necessary link for the 32 bit here it is

https://plarium.com/services/api/downloads/desktop?v=1.0.7.0&lid=5&appId=29&arc=32&plid=120004

Sorry, it contains trojan virus

Hi! There is a workaround: tap with right button on the "Download" (https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/ ) and then "Copy link address". Insert the link into the free field, change from 64 to 32 and press Enter.

Yes, the workaround is working but my anti-virus is detecting a trojan.generic virus and is deleting the file automatically. Hope you can do something about it

I also have a 32-bit system, and am unable to play on the app.

And my browsers are up-to-date, but continuously freeze during game play, so i have to clear cache and re-log in. During an hour's worth of game play, i generally have to reset at least 6 times. So on average, every 10 mins.

This is incredibly frustrating?

Is this incompatibility ever going to be addressed properly by plarium?

For me, the application was blocked during installation, with the progress staying at 90% of the process. No error message, just a bar that stayed forever at 90%. I cancelled the installation, disabled my antivirus (Avast), then I retried the installation and it was able to go to the end. So, if you trust the application, consider disabling the antivirus temporarily if you have any installation issues.

To resolve the issue please delete the folder located on the following way:
C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\Plarium_Throne

Additionally, try to reinstall the app.
