I see your point here, 3 Sobiesky Cavs. However, there is a slight difference between regular/Elysian boosts and items that are located at the Special Tab.

Hi yes , but to clean up the 'Special' tab; it is too full. all 'Boost' items should be moved to 'Boost' tab. Pls consider this , thank you.

Honestly, such a change can be confusing for some players. At the moment, I would say, that it's a matter of habit. Some players are used to looking into the 'Special tab' in order to find those boosts and when they don't find them there it may lead to possible confusion.
However, we will definitely keep your suggestion in mind. :)

I feel that special tab is indeed, quite heterogeneous and full as you said. I don't know about the boosts, because yes, they are quite different than the others, but we have items about resources too... Special Tab
it's a bit messy eyelash, it's true.
